What we grow
From Garden Rows to Greenhouses
Our production garden is designed to grow a wide variety of vegetables, fruit trees, berry bushes, nut trees, herbs, and flowers, while also incorporating beehives and chickens for eggs. Students and staff take part in every stage of the process, from planting and tending to harvesting, cleaning, and storing. A significant portion of the harvest helps feed students and ranch employees, making the garden a daily hands-on classroom.
