Liberty Gardens includes five greenhouses designed to support both food production and specialty flower sales. Three are dedicated to edible plants such as vegetables, fruits, berries, and herbs. Two are focused on cut flowers, with a strong emphasis on dahlias. These greenhouses help extend the growing season, provide a more consistent supply for the school and retail operation, and open the door for additional revenue through premium floral sales.
